EliteStack designs, builds and runs custom AI software for UAE companies whose work does not fit an off-the-shelf product. We start from kernels already proven in our own products, shape them to your process, test against your real data, and keep running the system after launch, with your own instance where your data needs its own boundary.
AI step
Kernel · configure · test
| Task | Outcome | Channel |
|---|---|---|
| A quotation desk for a freight forwarder | Rate emails read by AI, compared and turned into UAE-ready quotations | Outlook, Gmail, web |
| Car rental operations on WhatsApp | Bookings, allocation, delivery, returns and collections run from one inbox | WhatsApp, web |
| A visa platform an agency runs itself | Customer portal, operations hub and B2B agency portal on the agency's own instance | Web |
| A broker's comparison desk and CRM | Insurer PDFs read once per layout, compared, proposed and renewed | Web, PDF, Excel |
| A CRM on your own server | Workflows, approvals and reporting in an instance you own, not rent | Web, API |
| A website that AI assistants can read | Static pages with structured data and an llms.txt summary generated from the content | Web |
Authentication, tenancy, workflows, payments and messaging already exist in kernels we run in production. Your budget goes on the part that is specific to you.
Stages, documents and roles carry the names your team uses. Processes are stored as configuration, so the next change is a setting rather than a rewrite.
AI steps are checked against a labelled test set from your own files, and the rest against a real database in automated tests, before each release.
We deploy, monitor and update the system. Quote Desk, for example, runs nightly off-site backups with a restore drill, and a change goes out only when it passes the same checks.
✓The review gate: anything the AI is unsure of goes to a person before it posts.

A short paid discovery, then a fixed-price build, then a monthly fee to run and support it.
| Typical agency build | EliteStack | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | A blank project | Kernels already running in our own products |
| After launch | Handover, then a support ticket | The same team runs and updates it |
| Customisation | A fork per client that drifts | Configuration, flags and extensions on one maintained core |
| AI running cost | Discovered on the first invoice | Measured on your data, with a hard spend limit |
When the work that makes you money is the part a generic product leaves to spreadsheets: UAE quotations with VAT per line, a car rental flow run on WhatsApp, a visa journey across four portals. If an existing product fits, including one of ours, that is the cheaper route.
EliteStack keeps the intellectual property in the software, and you hold a licence to use it for as long as the contract runs. That is what lets every build sit on a maintained core, so fixes reach every client. Your data stays yours, and is returned or deleted on your instructions when the contract ends.
Yes. Several of our platforms run as a dedicated instance per client, with its own server, database and domain. That suits companies that need a clear data boundary, and it keeps one client's load and changes away from another's.
Every client build sits on a maintained core. Changes climb a ladder: configuration first, then a feature flag, then a client extension, and only then a change to the core. We never fork the code per client, so fixes reach everyone.
We do, unless you prefer otherwise. We deploy, monitor, back up and update the system, and a change ships only after it passes the same automated checks as the first release. Support terms are agreed in the contract for each project.
No. AI is one part of most systems we build. The rest is the operations software around it: queues, approvals, documents, payments and reporting. We add AI where reading or judgement is needed, and leave it out where rules do the job.
