Can AI read freight rate emails reliably?
Yes, with checks. Quote Desk scores its confidence on every field it reads, saves only what it is sure of, and holds the rest for a person. Accuracy is measured against a hand-labelled set of real emails before any change ships.
Do we have to change our mailbox?
No. Each user connects their own Outlook or Gmail account. Quote Desk reads from it and sends requests to vendors from it, so your vendor relationships stay as they are.
Does it handle air, road and LCL as well as FCL?
Yes. Sea FCL and LCL, air with weight breaks, road with vehicle types, breakbulk, sea-air and services all use one shipment spec from enquiry to quotation.
How is VAT handled on mixed quotations?
Each line carries its own VAT class, so zero-rated international freight and standard-rated local charges sit on one quotation, with AED totals and the FX rates used shown on the document.
