How does passport OCR help a visa agency?
It reads the passport scan into the application, so nobody retypes names, numbers and dates. The photo is checked against the photo rules at the same time. Both are optional per deployment, and staff review the result before the application is submitted.
Can partner agencies submit applications?
Yes. TA247 has a B2B portal where partner agencies submit on behalf of their travellers. Each agency has a prepaid wallet and can be given a credit facility, and commission is tracked per application rather than worked out at month end.
Is it a shared platform or our own?
Your own. TA247 is deployed per client, with its own instance and database, rather than pooled with other agencies. Modules are switched on per deployment, and each agency can use its own regional payment gateway.
Which countries does it support?
TA247 is built around country modules: visa types, document requirements and pricing per country. Countries are switched on per agency, and adding one is a module, not a rewrite.
Can travellers choose faster processing?
Yes. Each visa can have several processing speeds, priced separately. The traveller picks one in the catalogue and it carries through checkout, and a faster tier priced at or below a slower one is held back so a pricing mistake never reaches a customer.
