Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use the EliteStack website or sign up for software from EliteStack Technologies LLC. They cover accounts, fees and refunds, who owns your content, confidentiality, our liability and how either side can end the service. UAE law governs them. A signed order form or contract takes priority.

Who are these terms with?

These terms are between you and EliteStack Technologies LLC ("EliteStack", "we"), Rag Tower Business Center, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They apply to the website www.elitestack.ae and to our software and services (the "Services").

If you have a signed order form, licence or services agreement with us, that document takes priority where it differs from these terms.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Services.

1. Accounts

  • The Services are for business use, not personal or household use.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
  • Give your full legal name or company name, address, phone number and a valid email address when you sign up. We use that email for official notices.
  • If you sign up for an employer, use your work email and make sure you have authority to bind the employer. The business is then the account owner.
  • Keep your passwords safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We may refuse or close an account at our discretion, and at once if these terms are broken.

2. Using the Services

  • Do not use the Services for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to break the rules of platforms we connect to, such as Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
  • Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the Services.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or abuses our staff or other users.

3. Your content

You own the data and material you put into the Services ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide, secure and support the Services. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms but we do not review it routinely.

We may name your business as a client only with your written permission.

4. Our software

We own the software, designs and documentation behind the Services, and any improvements we make to them. Your subscription or licence gives you the right to use them for your business while it lasts. Ownership of software built specially for you is set out in your project agreement.

5. Fees and payment

  • Fees are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT, which we add where it applies.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance every 30 days unless your order form says otherwise. Other fees are billed as agreed.
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and other methods we agree with you. Keep a valid payment method on file.
  • Invoices go to your account email and appear in your account. Tell us within 14 days if you dispute a charge.
  • If a payment fails we try again after 3 days and once more 3 days later. If it still fails we may suspend the Services, and we may close the account if fees stay unpaid 60 days after suspension.
  • We send a payment confirmation by email after each payment.

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel a newly ordered service within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.
  • After that, fees already paid are not refundable, except where we fail to deliver what you paid for.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your card issuer may take 10 to 45 days to show them.
  • You can close your account at any time by emailing info@elitestack.ae. Access ends when the account closes, any unpaid fees become due, and we send a final invoice.
  • Domains bought through us do not renew after closure; you manage them with the registrar.

7. Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other's non-public business, technical, customer, pricing and financial information confidential and use it only for the Services. This does not cover information that is already public, that the receiving side developed on its own, or that it received lawfully from someone else. Either side may disclose information when the law requires, giving notice first where the law allows.

8. Personal data

We handle personal data as our privacy policy describes and as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law requires. Where we process personal data for you, we do so on your instructions.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Services running and secure, but we provide them "as is" and "as available". We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop a feature; where that affects a paid service we will tell you in advance. AI features can make mistakes; you remain responsible for checking results before you rely on them.

10. Liability

To the extent UAE law allows:

  • we are not liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services, including lost profit, goodwill or data.

You will compensate us for third-party claims caused by your breach of these terms or of the law.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe material in the Services infringes your copyright, email info@elitestack.ae with the material, where it appears and why you own the rights. We may remove it while we look into the complaint, and we will give the account owner a chance to respond.

12. General

  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • If a court finds part of these terms invalid, that part is changed as little as needed and the rest stays in force.
  • Only you and EliteStack can enforce these terms.
  • These terms, our privacy policy and any order form are the whole agreement between us about the Services.

13. Governing law

These terms, and any purchase, dispute or claim arising from them or from this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
