Travellers browse visas with live prices, then a guided wizard takes personal details, passport scan, photo, payment and confirmation. They upload documents and track the application in one place.
An operations hub for agents
An application queue with status tabs, document review and workflow steps through to government submission, with jobs, tasks, customer and agency directories, invoicing, refunds, expenses and reports.
A B2B portal for partner agencies
Partner agencies submit on behalf of their travellers, pay from a prepaid wallet or a credit facility, and see the commission they have earned.
Speeds priced so the quote is the charge
Each visa has processing speeds priced as separate tiers. A faster tier priced at or below a slower one is withheld, rounding sits inside the service fee, and the charge is worked out on the server.
Country modules
Visa types, document requirements and prices are packaged per country. Adding a destination is a configuration decision, not a rebuild, and features switch on per agency without a redeploy.
Passport OCR and updates
Optional passport OCR and photo compliance checks, switched on per deployment. Travellers get updates by email and on WhatsApp through our own WhatsApp Business Platform integration.

TA247 gives it a customer portal, an operations hub and a B2B agency portal on its own deployment and database. What is TA247?
TA247 is a visa processing platform for travel agencies and visa consultancies. It has four parts: a customer portal where travellers choose a visa and pay, an operations hub where agents process applications through to government submission, a B2B portal for partner agencies, and an owner console that switches features on per agency.
Is TA247 shared software or our own system?
Your own. Each agency gets its own instance and its own database rather than a seat in a shared system, which suits clients who expect a clear data boundary. The agency also uses its own payment gateway, chosen for its region, instead of a platform-wide one.
Where is the AI in TA247?
In two optional checks, switched on per deployment: passport OCR, which reads the passport details from the scan, and a photo compliance check on the passport photo. Agents still review documents and submit to the government portal, and prices are set by the agency.
How do processing speeds and prices work?
Each visa can be sold at several processing speeds, each priced as its own tier. The traveller picks a speed and it carries through checkout. A faster tier priced at or below a slower one is withheld, and the charge is calculated on the server, so the price quoted is the price charged.
Can partner agencies submit through TA247?
Yes. The B2B portal lets partner agencies submit applications for their own travellers. They pay from a prepaid wallet or a credit facility, and commission is tracked for each application. Their applications land in the same operations queue as the agency's direct customers, so agents work one list whatever the source.
Can TA247 handle more than one country?
Yes. Visa types, document requirements, prices and seed data are packaged per country, and the platform itself is not tied to one destination. Adding a country is a matter of switching on its module for the agency, not rebuilding the system.
