How do we work?
We build software that UAE businesses run every day: WhatsApp operations, freight quotations, insurance comparisons, contractor accounts and payroll. The same people design it, build it, release it and fix it.
- Production is the measure. A feature counts when a customer uses it, not when a demo works.
- Numbers are measured, not guessed. If we say an AI feature costs cents per email, we can show the log.
- A person checks what matters. Our AI has spend limits and a review queue, and we design both from day one.
- Small changes, released often. Every change passes automated checks before it ships.
- English and Arabic. Our products work right to left as well as left to right, and follow UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and WPS rules.
What do we look for?
- You have shipped software that real people use, and you can show us some of it.
- You read the problem before you write code, and you write down why you made a decision.
- You are comfortable with TypeScript or Python, Postgres and modern web front ends, or you learn fast in a stack you have not used.
- You use AI tools in your own work and know where they go wrong.
- You write plain, short English.
- Arabic is a plus for product and customer roles.
