Start with one job your team repeats every day, such as reading supplier emails, answering the same WhatsApp questions or re-keying documents into another system. We map that one workflow first, with its volumes, its cost and the systems it touches, and recommend the smallest build that takes it off your team. A second job comes after the first one runs.

Work starts with a short paid discovery. We map one workflow and you get a written plan with the build price. If you go ahead, the build is a fixed price and the running system has a monthly fee for hosting, support and improvements. We do not publish prices because they depend on volumes and the systems involved.

A person reviews it. Every solution we build sends uncertain results, such as a low-confidence field on a document or a question an agent cannot answer, to someone on your team before anything reaches a customer. Spend caps stop model costs from running past a limit you set.

By default your data is stored in a UAE cloud region, kept apart from other clients. When a task needs an AI model, only the text that task needs is sent to the model provider, which may process it outside the UAE, within the transfer rules of the UAE PDPL. Hosting in another region is possible on request.

Yes. We build for UAE companies first and for businesses across the wider GCC. Every solution works in Arabic and English, and the UAE specifics we already handle, such as VAT on invoices and quotations, are built in from the start.
