How does QR table ordering work?
Each table gets its own QR code. Guests scan it, browse the menu with prices per portion and send the order from their phone's browser, with no app to install. A register at the counter handles the orders staff take directly, on the same menu and prices.
Can guests confirm bookings on WhatsApp?
Yes. A guest who books online is messaged a link to confirm. Staff can ask again from any pending booking, clear the ones that never answered in one step, and a sweep after the event closes out whatever is still open.
Can we sell set-menu nights in advance?
Yes. Festive and event bookings take prepayment against a set menu, enforce capacity with the remaining places shown, and can run across several dates. On the day, reservations, pre-orders and a kitchen prep roll-up sit on one screen.
Do you handle delivery?
ZapKart includes a driver app with an offline queue, proof of delivery by photo or customer code, and cash reconciliation per driver. Online payment, cash on delivery or payment at the counter can be set per restaurant.
Does it connect to our accounting or POS?
Yes. ZapKart syncs with your accounting software and connects to third-party point-of-sale systems, so orders, payments and stock do not have to be keyed in twice.
