It is an operations console that runs on top of Zapelite, our WhatsApp Business API platform. Customers stay in WhatsApp; your team works the booking, allocation, delivery, return and collections steps in Rental Ops, with every conversation in the same inbox.
Does the bot speak Arabic?
Yes. The WhatsApp bot works in English and Arabic and routes each customer to sales, operations, collections or accounts. It is a routing bot, not an AI that negotiates prices; people handle the conversation once it reaches the right department.
How many staff can work on one number?
Many. A Dubai car rental group runs around 40 agents on one WhatsApp inbox with Rental Ops, each seeing their own department's queue. Department dashboards and task reports for CSRs and drivers show who has what.
Does it use AI?
Lightly, and only where it helps. The bot routes customers by department in English and Arabic, and staff can use the Zapelite AI copilot to suggest replies, running on your own model key. Bookings, allocations and deposits are handled by your team, not by AI.
Can we run it for our own fleet?
Yes. Rental Ops was built with a Dubai car rental group and is open to other UAE rental companies. Onboarding starts with a consultation; we then set it up for your fleet, branches and WhatsApp number.
