Each document gets a cheap first look. Only those that might matter are read in full, and a document already seen is recognised before anything is paid for.

For repeat layouts, a saved recipe reads the fields with no AI cost. New layouts are read by the model once, and the recipe is saved for next time.

What kinds of documents can you process?
Emails and their attachments, PDFs including scanned ones, Excel and CSV files, Word documents and photos. We have it in production for freight rate replies, insurer medical quotes, passports and printed retail flyers.
How accurate is it?
We measure it on your documents. Each build includes a hand-labelled test set from your own files, and every change is checked against it before it ships. Fields the AI is unsure of go to a person instead of being guessed.
What does it cost to run?
Less than per-page extraction, because repeat layouts are read from saved recipes, documents already seen are recognised before anything is paid for, and a hard spend limit pauses work instead of failing it. You see the real monthly cost.
Which AI models do you use?
We are model-neutral. Our systems run on Anthropic or OpenAI models, chosen per task on accuracy and cost, and can run on your own key so you see the provider's bill directly.
Does our data leave the UAE?
By default your data is stored in a UAE cloud region, kept apart from other clients. When a task needs an AI model, only the text that task needs is sent to the model provider, which may process it outside the UAE; we do this within the transfer rules of the UAE PDPL. Hosting in another region is possible on request.
Can it work in Arabic?
Yes. Extraction works on Arabic and English documents, and review screens support right-to-left layouts. We test field accuracy on your own Arabic samples before go-live.
