Which AI models do we use?
We are model-neutral. We build on models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini, and pick the model for each job on accuracy and running cost, not on a reseller agreement.
- Quote Desk reads freight emails with Anthropic or OpenAI models, chosen per installation.
- Compare uses an AI model once to learn each insurer's quote layout, then reads that layout with no model call.
- Zapelite's AI copilot runs on the client's own model key, with no markup on the model cost.
Every AI feature we ship has a spend limit, and a person reviews anything the model is unsure of.
How do we work with Meta and WhatsApp?
Zapelite, our WhatsApp Business API platform, connects businesses to the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, with Embedded Signup and template sync. EliteStack is a Meta Tech Provider.
Zapelite also handles Messenger and Instagram conversations in the same inbox. Its own site is zapelite.io.
